My boyfriend and I visited Galveston and saw this had good reviews. It was different and a lot of fun to hear the history of the city along with some spooky stories. Brittany was our guide and she was fantastic! The only reason I gave this 4 stars was because I wish it was a more intimate setting, as the group I was in had almost 100 people. It would have been more fun with a much smaller setting of maybe 10-20 people. My recommendation would be to put a max limit of 30-50 per group, especially during October. We had people behind us talking, snickering and drinking beer, which was fine-they were having a good time, but it made the experience less than what it could have been in a smaller setting. And don’t think we didn’t tell them to calm down because we couldn’t hear...because we most certainly did! Lol. Wear comfy shoes and bring water to drink if it’s hot out. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did.

We've been overwhelmed with the response to October tours. We certainly like to limit our chores to 40. Proper people have been showing up without reservations. The night of your particular tour the other tour guide also was in a car accident on the way to work. So sorry the ground got so big. But we're absolutely delighted you had a good time

Booked the ghost tour for 6 of us. First ghost tour for our whole group. I spoke to the guy on the phone because I had a couple of questions. I asked if we needed to book sooner than later and he said yes they will fill up fast. That was a lie! We showed at meeting spot and instead of 20-30 like it said on website it was over 100 and that came from the guide. In fact you don't even need to buy tickets I witnessed a couple give tour guide cash and just join the tour on the spot. Prob would've been fun but definitely wasn't

Our guide was very good and entertaining. However, this fell short of the five star reviews on TA. I thought we might actually tour some of the haunted mansions so I suppose that might be on me for not reading the fine print. The stories and history was good but overalls I prefer something with actual tour of the haunted residences mentioned.

It would be wonderful if we were able to go inside the houses. But because of insurance and security that is impossible. But at least you have an overview of the houses that you'd like to visit. The Moody mansion and Bishop's Palace are open to the public during the day. I'm glad that you enjoyed the guide..
