Historic Old Louisville Walking Tour

Overview

The Historic Old Louisville Walking Tour is a guided tour of the largest contiguous collection of Victorian Mansions in the United States! Designed by a prominent local architect and historian, this tour focuses on the history and architecture of this nationally recognized historic preservation district. The tour begins and ends in Central Park's comfortable, temperature-controlled, Frederick Law Olmsted-designed Visitors Center.
Every ticket purchase supports the nonprofit Old Louisville Neighborhood Council, which protects this historic district of Victorian mansions and its streetscapes. Thank you for supporting Historic Preservation! Persons under 17 are free when accompanied by family.

One of the best tours we've ever had!! Molly was awesome! Very knowledgeable, careful on streets and sidewalks. It was really a great time! She also recommended a great burger at The Glanville!!

Jasmine was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide. We could tell she has a passion for the history and architecture of Louisville. She was able to answer questions that weren’t part of the tour per se showing her knowledge base was far more extensive. Jasmine also took time after the tour to provide suggestions for drinks and food that the locals enjoy.
