Opened in 1818, the Savannah Theatre has been host to many productions and many tragedies including 2 great fires. What a great experience! Mike was a great guide and knew so much history about the theater. If you love paranormal, definitely do this tour. Tons of equipment to try out. Lots of activity present. Highly recommend!

Our guide was very informative, giving us an in-depth rundown of the history of the Savannah Theater and its past tragedies. We used several gadgets during our tour, and we made contact with several spirits. Our tour started later than scheduled, but our guide made sure we still got our full three hours and then some! I highly recommend this investigation!

It was a great experience hearing the history and paranormal activity in the theater! There was so much equipment for us to use and experiment with. It was dynamic and engaging and definitely signs of the paranormal were present!
