Overview

Set sail on the west coast of Hawaii Island for a 3-hour cruise to Captain Cook’s Monument for dinner, as a local historian shares stories and legends of the sites you will see along the way. First cocktail is on the house! Listen in to live Hawaiian music and enjoy a magnificent sunset as you sail back to Kona. Don’t forget your camera and keep an eye out for dolphins and seasonal whales.

What To Expect

Kailua Pier

Boarding is 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests are greeted with Island Style Pupus (Appetizers), a complimentary cocktail, Historical Narration and live Hawaiian style music.

Kealakekua Bay

Cruise 24 miles round trip along Kona's Gold Coast learning Hawaiian history, stories, and legends. The narrator will point out many landmarks along the way to Kealakekua Bay that are not visible from land. The narration concludes upon arrival to the bay and dinner is served. The cruise back to the Kailua Pier features live Hawaiian style music, gorgeous vistas of the Kona coastline and sunset.

What a fun trip! Scenery was great. Historian very interesting. Food was very good and the music was fantastic! A highlight of the trip.

The Body Glove team were great hosts and I enjoyed the evening cruise. The food and drink were fine and I had a great time dancing with my granddaughter on deck. Special thanks to the Captain for letting her drive the boat!

Three hour tour but no Gilligan. Boat is big and easy to get around. Real restrooms too. Crew was friendly and service good. Food very good. You can feel the Hawaiian vibe on this dinner cruise. If you only do one boat trip this should be the one.
