We arrived at the office at the appointed time of 3:30pm due to heavy traffic and accident as we tried to be early. Found out that there was a STEEP hill to walk down to pier and thus a steep hill to walk back to our car. This is not noted on the website. The distance should be measured as it is longer than a block. My friend dropped me off at the pier which was still a short block away from the boat. She had to drive up hill to the hotel garage and pay $25 to park a reasonable walk from the pier (still up hill from pier). After settling in to booths on the main level of the boat we received our free adult beverage. The meal had 2 good parts - salad and dessert. The cold greasy meatless ribs, veggie curry were not good. So don't plan on this being a gourmet dinner. Eat first before going or bring your own food. The views from the boat were wonderful and scenic. The overhead speakers weren't good enough to overcome the loud talking of some fellow traveler from other countries. Basically the views, ride and dessert were what was best on this pretty expensive boat ride. Also the entertainer was OK but traditional Hawaiian music or slack key guitar would have been better.

Beautiful evening, great staff, spontaneous dancing. Because I was not use to riding a boat, I had unfortunately threw up. The staff was superb, took care of it with great respect and checked on me throughout the voyage.

Aloha Savehawaii, We are so pleased that you joined us and took the time to leave a five star review! Mahalo! Sorry to read that you experienced some sea sickness! The best news is that the vast majority of our guests do not have a problem. For guests who know they have a propensity for motion sickness a Dramamine or Bonine (both OTC medications) are recommended an hour before boarding. Thank you again for joining us! We wish you all of the best!

Super attentive + happy staff + talented musician + awesome boat = great time! Sat downstairs on left side so we were shaded from hot sun & saw coastline on ride out & the sunset on ride in. One “complimentary” alcoholic drink & the rest was for purchase but all the water we wanted. Sorry, dinner was not good. Many folks didn’t finish which was a shame. Cheesecake for dessert was very good though. Sadly, couldn’t hear much of the tour narrator unless I moved to exterior speaker area in front. Many folks were talking loudly over the engine downstairs & speakers inside were very weak. Funny, the sound system for the musician was awesome but couldn’t hear the narrator, who was very knowledgeable & entertaining. Overall the ride, scenery, music & awesome staff give it the 4 stars.
