Set sail on the west coast of Hawaii Island for a 3-hour cruise to Captain Cook’s Monument for dinner, as a local historian shares stories and legends of the sites you will see along the way. What To Expect

Kailua Pier

Boarding is 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests are greeted with Island Style Pupus (Appetizers), a complimentary cocktail, Historical Narration and live Hawaiian style music.

Kealakekua Bay

Cruise 24 miles round trip along Kona's Gold Coast learning Hawaiian history, stories, and legends. The narrator will point out many landmarks along the way to Kealakekua Bay that are not visible from land. The narration concludes upon arrival to the bay and dinner is served. The cruise back to the Kailua Pier features live Hawaiian style music, gorgeous vistas of the Kona coastline and sunset.

Everything about the dinner cruise was amazing. My honey and me share the same birthday so that made it that much more special. A highlight was when a spool of dolphins came close enough to our ship to take pix.

Im sure this cruise is wonderful for those who don't get sea sick, but I got horribly sick 10 min into it. I couldn't eat my meal at all. My husband couldn't enjoy the trip because he was busy taking care of me. The crew noticed I was sick right away and every one of them tried to help me. They were all very wonderful. The music was AMAZING!! I wish I could have enjoyed the party. Alls I can say is, there should have been a way to get me off the ship immediately and returned to shore. I had to suffer for the next 3 hours. Any kind of medical evacuation should have been offered. What if I had a stroke or something? They would have (I would hope) been emergency evacuated. Don't make your passenger suffer for 3 hours. What a nightmare this cruise ended up being. And to top it off...It was our 34th wedding anniversary. Totally ruined!!
