Set sail on the west coast of Hawaii Island for a 3-hour cruise to Captain Cook’s Monument for dinner, as a local historian shares stories and legends of the sites you will see along the way. First cocktail is on the house! Listen in to live Hawaiian music and enjoy a magnificent sunset as you sail back to Kona. What To Expect

Kailua Pier

Boarding is 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests are greeted with Island Style Pupus (Appetizers), a complimentary cocktail, Historical Narration and live Hawaiian style music.

Kealakekua Bay

Cruise 24 miles round trip along Kona's Gold Coast learning Hawaiian history, stories, and legends. The narrator will point out many landmarks along the way to Kealakekua Bay that are not visible from land. The narration concludes upon arrival to the bay and dinner is served. The cruise back to the Kailua Pier features live Hawaiian style music, gorgeous vistas of the Kona coastline and sunset.

The boat size combined with pacific currents/tides made the ride very bumpy and uncomfortable. My wife got sea sick and threw up during the trip. Crews were very helpful! Food was terrible quality!

Overall great but it was hard to hear the historian and there was less history than I hoped for. Halfway through, it ended up becoming more of a booze cruise/dance party. Which is fine but not what we expected and I would have preferred more of a fancy history/dinner/music vibe. Beautiful views and amazing crew!

Beautiful ride. Didn’t care for food except for desert. Couldn’t understand the lady doing the history.she talked too fast. Music was nice and servers super friendly
