Only book as many passengers that can fit on boat and be able to sit at a table for dinner. Food cold, rude bartender, other customers so rude to historian and talked and yelled so loud that no one could hear her presentation. Food was cold, hard and dry, no options. Not worth the money.

Aloha Zenfrog6, We value all of our guests' feedback. It's unfortunate that your experience was in your opinion "not worth it". Licensed vessels are approved by the United States Coast Guard to operate at 100% capacity. Instead of our capacity we run at at 57 percent of our capacity with our guests safety in mind. I have been away from the island for the last 12 days and have just replied to over 20 guests's five star reviews raving about our service, food and overall experience. Reading your review confirms that while many people love our ocean adventures, we unfortunately cannot please everyone. We would have welcomed you to contact us directly in lieu of a public shaming. None the less we wish you well!

This dinner cruise was a 50 th birthday gift and we had a great time. We sat on the lower level right in front of Derek who played music all night. The evening was wonderful. We saw spinner dolphins just as we left the port. Learned quite a bit on the cruise to captain cook cove. Watched a beautiful sunset. The food was very flavorful. The crew did a great job of keeping everyone’s glasses full. We chose this over a luau and I’m so glad we did. It is a whole different view of the island. It was very special and would recommend to anyone.

We loved hearing the stories about the island history. The crew was very friendly and efficient. It was a lovely way to spend our 30th anniversary.
