It was very well planned. Need to really know how to download everthing. It wouldn't be for a person who doesn't know alot about a smart phone

My wife and I ran across this tour during an overnight stay in town on our way home to western North Dakota. Some of the highlights of the presentation is the flexibility that allowed us to stop for lunch and restart the tour without losing our place in the route. This is due to the ingenuity of the tour host along with combinations of the ease of knowing where we were at by the integration of a live map. Along the route there are many stores and shops that may interest future prospects that choose to visit without disturbing the tour. The history of Eau Claire is included in four tours on the “VoiceMap” app is easily connected between a cell phone and any Bluetooth headset system. And, with the the affordable cost, anyone is able to enjoy this great historical town and modern conveniences. I highly recommend this tour and will return to enjoy the others in the future.

We planned to do the walking tour, but we could not get it to boot up on our phone. Even the tech person at the library did not know about this tour and could not get it to connect to our phone. We were very disapointed that we could not take the tour.

Hi We're sorry to hear that you weren't able to get the tour to work. The library isn't associated with the tour which is probably why they weren't able to assist. You should have received an email with simple steps to download the tour using a voucher code. Did you not receive it? Please can you email us at [email protected] with more information so we can investigate the matter further. Thanks, Alicia
