The fact that we were not told there would be 90 minutes where we were left in Santa's village. The "refreshments" were ridiculous - 2 graham crackers, piece of chocolate, a marshmellow (in 1) and a stick (in 1) all to make s'mores but WHERE? The operator said nothing until we got in line to enter the park. No comments about the city (though later he said he did the city tour).

My sister and I recently toured the Festival of Lights on Adventure Tours. What an incredible experience. The night was rainy, and there were only three of us, but tour was not canceled. The rain did not affect the experience of heartwarming lights and animation that made us feel the excitement we knew as children. Wayne, our tour guide, made the experience extra special by his knowledge of the festival grounds along with bits of history from the area. Wayne is a true representative of southern hospitality and charm. I would highly recommend this tour! And Wayne!

My wife and I took our 6 month old son to the Festival of Lights tonight and it truly exceeded our expectations. What truly helped to enhance our experience was Wayne who drove us to and took us through the festival. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and also the festival. The festival had a ton of lit up attractions and was quite the spectacle. We also got to enjoy a turkey leg and sā€™mores. At the end of the night Wayne took us right back to our hotel. Traveling with a 6 month old is tough enough and tonight was a complete success.
