Wade, our driver, did an excellent job explaining the history of the festival of lights. He was kind and generous. The festival of lights was an impressive local event. Children would find it especially magical.

Wayne was our tour guide and did an excellent job of giving information regarding the sights of the city. He was very friendly and answered questions without hesitation. The Holiday Lights were also good and Wayne was great about taking us around to see them twice. The only negative thing about the tour was the transportation. Instead of a bus, we had a van. While I can understand that a van was more cost effective for approximately 12-14 people, this group was older and there were physical disabilities which made getting on and off the van difficult. In addition, it was also difficult to be able to see all the lights from the smaller windows. Other than this, we enjoyed the excursion.

Thank you for taking our tour and for your review. We use large sprinter vans for some tours due to demand and maneuverability. They have large windows and more comfortable seating than normal passenger vans and higher tops for more room and visibility. We're sorry you thought the visibility was limited, but that's also why we leave the extra time at the lights for the village and walking around!

Great commentary by our friendly and amazingly informative driver and guide, Bill. Enjoyed our evening, the lights are truly amazing, a fairyland with over two million lights and 80-90 displays. Kids will be awestruck!! The tour includes smores that you can toast and eat over campfires in the park. The ride is delightful, especially the courtesy of the guide who dropped us at our hotel..so appreciative after a long day out.
