  • Limited wheelchair accessibility. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired.
  • All tours are led by tour guides, and take place on luxury coach buses. Buses are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Most buses are equipped with bathrooms.

We had taken the tour bus because it was way cold. Scott did a wonderful job explaining the sites. I had a great time.

Traffic was so bad that we spent most of the time sitting on the bus waiting. We were re-routed on a couple streets because of high traffic volume. Did not really see many lights, mostly dark streets where a movie was made. Did not live up to expectations.

We booked this tour for our annual family trip to the city. I researched it a bit but wasn't sure what to expect. We were escorted onto the bus by Jason who was our guide for the day. We drove through the city in a comfortable coach style bus. During our tour we watched clips from movies filmed in New York while we were at or near that location. We made a few stops to see the holiday window around the city. Jason had a blue umbrella so we always knew where to find him, he wad great. This tour is for tourist who are in NYC for the first time or who do not have access to come to the city regularly. I did enjoy the tour, but I think I would have gotten more out of it if I had not be to a lot of the locations before.
