..we were advised on the phone we could rebook after getting stuck on Hollywood boulevard for 20 mins waiting for tickets, wrong address provided via email. After this they never answered the phone to us or messages regarding re booking.

Me and my family wanted to take this tour hoping it would take us around Los Angeles but I was left absolutely devastated. We were taken to a hill where we were able to see the Hollywood sign but weren’t aloud off the shuttle bus to take any pictures for at least 5 minutes or so. We continued the tour and for an hour almost two actually we just went to neighborhoods looking at celebrity houses which weren’t even that interesting. I was basically falling asleep and honestly was left absolutely dissatisfied.
