I booked a 9am tour and got there on time, the driver told me at 8:58am “my boss said we need to move you guys to the 10am tour, you can get a full refund if you need to cancel ” They canceled on us without any agreements and early notifications. I’ve been contacting this company in the past few days and no one answered my call and no one replied to my emails. I’m reporting this company to DCBA and other departments

It is not illegal or law for a company to make a change on a tour time that is offered by that company . Thnak you
