Tour was fun. Had some trouble navigating app. & some street signs were not visible due to long tree branches. We did enjoy the experience.

I'd like to know more about what went wrong and your issues while navigating the map. I’m not sure what happened, but I’d like to identify & fix it so that others don’t face that issue in the future. I also have 100 other self-guided tours for other parks, scenic drives, cities, and historic sites in the US — hopefully, you’ll get the chance to try them next time! It was extremely hard to navigate. We got so frustrated we gave up. It was confusing. I felt like I had to keep going between google maps and the app at places I could not pull over

You have to work offline with the app but it's difficult to follow. No voice prompts. You can't choose options before hand and just do the ones you choose.. No cell service in area.

Thank you for your insight, Maria. It appears that you did not download the app or tour prior to your visit. Because there is almost no cell signal onsite, I recommend downloading both ahead of time. I added stop-to-stop direction pins to the tour. Anyway, I have 100 other self-guided tours for parks, scenic drives, cities, and historic sites across the United States that you should try the next time you visit! Remember that the tour you purchased is valid for life. You'll be able to listen to it at home or during your next visit as a result.
