Directions are difficult to follow. Homes are not visible in the Hollywood Hills you are looking at thick hedges

Thanks for the feedback. As we clarify in the description, the welcome message, and at individual stops, not every home is openly displayed to the street. But many are partially visible. We are available 24/7 for questions — please don’t feel that you have to get this tour and not know what you’re in for. The goal of this tour is to simply provide an affordable, flexible, and customizable experience in checking out the celebrity homes you may care to see. Since these homes are in residential areas, there certainly are a lot of turns and directions to follow.

I use my phone for photos and navigation, so I couldn't use the app to navigate and take photos at the same time as the audio would stop on the Bluetooth. Not use friendly and very heavy app, had to stop by a Starbucks and download 156mb of data on my iPad and still couldn't use it on two devices and we were four adults in the same car... All we could see were walls and bushes... Not recommending it a bit and I would have asked for my money back if it was worth my time...

The audio and camera won’t interrupt each other — we have an extensive FAQ which covers audio/Bluetooth questions and 24/7 support who can help as well. And yes, it’s a large download (lots to see!) because we want it to work completely offline (no data/connectivity issues that way). We highly recommend downloading at home/hotel for that exact reason. And as we explain quite clearly in the description, the welcome, and the individual stories, not all homes are totally open to the street for the public to look through the windows. But quite a lot is visible of many homes, which is why so many folks enjoy this inexpensive and DIY tour option.

It was not user friendly and too difficult to navigate without another passenger and clicking through the app as a driver is as too dangerous. Overall a disappointing experience. I went to the first two stops and then quit.
