On the day of, we accidentally booked the wrong tour time online (the system glitched) and tried to change it immediately, but with your no refund or change policy, we couldnāt afford to book it again. We tried so hard to get to the bus at the time the tickets said, but we knew we had a conflict at that time and it would be tricky. We parked in all day parking and ran four blocks. The driver had called us and said he would wait but he didnāt. It was the last tour of the day and my friend leaves LA today. We are beyond disappointed. She really wanted to see the celebrity homes and now we are out $35 each fir nothing.
