Not happy with company itself. Got to tour 30 minutes early as to get good seats as was taking my granddaughter from Nebraska for her 16th birthday. We got on tour bus where guide told us to sit to get the best picture. Our good seats lasted 2 minutes as they booked a family of 2 adults 3 very young children so we were told we had to give up our seats. I asked for our money back so we could use another tour company but that was not an option. Our guide was good, but dont think I would use Access Tours again.

Tour was super entertaining and the guide was excellent. It was a great way to see some areas of LA we wouldn't have gone to otherwise such as Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills. Was a little annoyed that the tour waited over 20 minutes for a couple that was late, which messed up our schedule for the day. Would still recommend the tour.
