SCAM!!!!!!!!!! We paid for our tickets online and showed up to the meeting point and the building was gated and CLOSED DOWN!!!!! We called the number and got voicemail EVERY TIME!!!! No one has called us back and now we are out $120!!!!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Sorry to learn about your experience but you scheduled a tour during the worst time when we were in quarantine due to Covid -19. As to your refund, we are not able to process that because you booked through Tripadvisor. Tripadvisor representatives can and will help you with your refund at all costs.

Our driver was drunk and wanted to start a fight with one of the passengers. There were 12 passengers and 4 were under 10. Drove recklessly, Frankly we were all frighten the last 45 and scared to talk so that we wouldn’t set him off. He name was Anthony. I’m literally writing this on our way back from the nightmarish situation.

Sorry to hear about your experience but this sounds like you were with a different tour company. We have never had a a driver named Anthony, and all of our drivers know better to never get behind a wheel while under the influence.
