-Driver will wait 60 minutes free of charge at the airport. 15 minutes for all other locations.

-If your plans change, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

-If a transfer service is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, governmental regulations, or any other unforeseen events, we will provide a full refund to the customer.
