EZ!! Car was waiting for us. Received text to make sure we were at the right pick up area, knew when our plane landed. The driver was professional & friendly. Dropped off right at our hotel.

Our driver, Kira saved our bacon at the motel. We had rented a wheelchair for one of our family, and it was supposed to be at the hotel for us when we arrived. It was not delivered which put our family and driver in a real bind. The company that was supposed to deliver it refused to bring one for us, so we couldn’t even get our disabled family out of the van. Please don’t ever let your representatives recommend “Scoot Around” company for their rental needs. They were very unprofessional’ rude and would not accommodate us. Period. Anyway kira was so wonderful and treated us with gentlemen like courtesy that we cannot express how much we appreciated him.
