The day before I emailed the driver to confirm the pickup location. The reply was almost immediate and gave me the precise info. Prior to my pickup the driver texted me to ask if we were ready and that he was close by. He also let me know what vehicle to expect with even a photo of it. He was very professional and we felt very safe with him.
