We couldn't believe that the actual driver texted us to remind us of the pick up details and then again when they were at the hotel. THE BEST transportation service I've ever had--and I am a world traveler!

We found our driver Alena was terrific, she texted the day before, when she arrived at the airport, a photo of the vehicle and was on time. Our luggage was delayed from the plane, she patiently waited, she was friendly and informative. Excellent experience.

Alena our driver was very helpful and friendly. We received a text message on where to meet after arrival and she also had a sign of my name at the arrivals which made it so much easier for us after coming off a long flight! Thank you Alena for looking after me and my family.
