Paradise Hawaii Tours made it so easy for us to get from our hotel to the Port of Honolulu when we were leaving for a cruise. We received texts from our driver, Stan, starting the day before to confirm our time and pickup. On the day of our transfer, he sent us his license plate number for easy spotting at the hotel and kept us informed the whole time prior to the pickup. Stan was extremely professional, pleasant and patient as he drove us to the port. We will definitely use them again during our next visit. We highly recommend Paradise Hawaii Tours!

The driver would always contact you a day before for the meet up location. The day of they let you know what car they driving and there eta. Overall great customer support with them. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
