We recommend you bring: Hat, sunglasses, sunblock, water shoe (no flip-flops!), shoe for short hike, layered clothing, swimsuit (under clothes) and great attitude.
The booking does not include the NPS permit that is 30usd/adult and 15 usd for 16 or under. We will contact you after your booking was made to arrange the permit.

Incredible experience. Our guide Jenna was attentive and knowledgeable. She paid close attention to everyone in our group to make sure we had a safe and enjoyable ride. The hike to the hot springs was a nice break from paddling. This was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you Jenna.

What a fantastic adventure we had on this full-day tour. From making our reservations to the communications a few days before our tour, Zoltan and his team were a pleasure to work with. We took their half-day tour 2 months earlier and enjoyed it so much we booked the full-day one before we got back to our hotel. It's THAT good! We are 60+ y.o. novices. Our guide, Jenna, was very professional and instructed us well. We felt safe and comfortable with her leadership. Read through their instructions and pack what they recommend like water shoes, swim suits, hats & sunglasses. It's common sense, but always good to read it, too! We had the Colorado River to ourselves since it was so late in the season. But, we saw massive schools of fish, an adolescent bald eagle, long-horned sheep, lots of birds, ducks and even a couple of rabbits. The highlight was beaching our kayaks and walking into the canyons to enjoy HOT SPRINGS! Who knew?!! Such a fantastic experience! We were picked up and dropped off at the designated time and location and were given plenty of water, fruit and a sandwich. Can't wait to book this again! PS - Don't forget to tip your guides! They work hard!

The Hoover Dam kayak trip was amazing! Jenna is a fabulous guide and all of the staff members were great people! We were awed from the very beginning when we took the windy road down to the base of the dam. And after the first stop at the sauna cave, we thought the trip was already worth the cost. Then we went on to all of the other great stops and just kept getting amazed by the beauty and novelty. The hot springs were a definite favorite and the weather cooperated perfectly for us to see the gorgeous emerald water at emerald cave. We were in a tandem kayak which made for a relatively easy paddle. We made the trip at the end of November so had been concerned that it would be cold in the morning. But we ditched our sweatshirts a few minutes into the trip and the temperature was perfect for the whole day. The river was not busy at all, so it was the perfect time for the trip!
