We recommend you bring: Hat, sunglasses, sunblock, water shoe (no flip-flops!), shoe for short hike, layered clothing, swimsuit (under clothes) and great attitude.
The booking does not include the NPS permit that is 30usd/adult and 15 usd for 16 or under. We will contact you after your booking was made to arrange the permit.

This was a great experience. My family of dad, mom, 19, 18, and 16 year old children all enjoyed this trip. We are active but not athletes and no one felt like this was strenuous. Edgar was our guide. We were highly impressed with his experience and commitment to nature. He took great pictures of us and air dropped them to one of my teens. Highly recommend the trip starting from the dam down the Colorado. And the sandwiches for lunch were good!

The kayaks were in great shape they brought a nice snack we're very helpful in explaining how to use a kayak safely. Eddie was such a great guide any person including my young daughter would have any difficulties he was right there to help them. Eddie was also very knowledgeable on all these interesting facts about the native land and the dam I was so surprised at such a great time would definitely recommend this for anyone and any family definitely got a five-star and he even took pictures and made sure that if anyone wanted them that he could send them to them awesome experience.

Awesome trip! Would absolutely do it again! Our guide (Edgar) was excellent. Lots of local knowledge and info about the River, canyon, dam, wildlife, plants, etc. We had lots of fun. A great day on the river!
