We recommend you bring: Hat, sunglasses, sunblock, water shoe (no flip-flops!), shoe for short hike, layered clothing, swimsuit (under clothes) and great attitude.
The booking does not include the NPS permit that is 30usd/adult and 15 usd for 16 or under. We will contact you after your booking was made to arrange the permit.

Our trip was amazing! Edgar was an awesome guide and so knowledgeable. He is incredibly professional and patient with our varied kayaking experience. I loved the Hot Springs,the weather was perfect and lunch and snacks were yummy. Thank you for a great experience!

Had an amazing time, met and exceeded every expectation! Our guide took pictures along the way for us and had very interesting stories along the way. Very knowledgeable about the history of the area and all the wildlife and flora.

I ended up on a tour with some pretty cool people and we got to enjoy some beautiful scenery and learn some interesting facts about the area from our guide Edgar. My favorite part was probably visiting the hot springs and taking in the view. Be prepared for some cold water and an upper body workout, lol. If you are more of a beginner like me, you might want to start out with the half day tour. It’s all downstream but we ended up facing some headwind and it was a bit of work that left a few of us a little sore afterwards. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. The guys at SUP were super friendly and helpful and made sure we all had an enjoyable experience.
