This was a terrible experience! Buses are supposed to run every 20 minutes, well don’t get in a hurry. We found a bus at 3:34 at one of the stops and we were told that was a show bus but there was one across the street that would be leaving in 6 minutes. We went there only to be told they had stopped for the day. They sent us down the street to another one only to find that they had at least 50 people waiting. We finally got on a bus at 4:00. Customer service was pretty bad, as well.

Seat were wet from rain and no offer to dry them off for guests. On one portion, the guide spoke so fast that no one could understand him. First guide was excellent

The first part of the tour was good, got off to see the mint, waited for over a hour to be picked up, finally called the company to see if they were coming, bus pulled up went to get on said they were on break, I would have to wait for another bus. Felt like I wasted part of my day waiting
