The tour itself was fine. The issue for us was in the actual customer service. We purchased tickets for an 11 am tour start time. We arrived shortly before 11 and were told the bus was full. I inquired about why this happened if we had a reservation and the gentleman at the podium said he did not know and didn’t why they over book the times. We were told we had to wait for the 11:30 tour. We then walked down to the other bus company on the street. We found these two company’’s worked together and that there were only 17 people on the bus we were told was full for 11 am. We not only rushed to make our 11 am tour but we also lost 30 minutes of the tour time that we planned on. This was very disappointing.

Hello, We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We do our best to adhere to our schedule, but there are often deviations due to the nature of operating in a large city. This particular day, there was construction on Chestnut Street which interfered with our route and schedule. The bus tour gave us a perspective of where everything is in the city along with a super cache of local knowledge. We thought Philly was one and done and now we are already planning our return visit
