Really tacky old bus, crammed with people. Waited too long to fill it up. Guide talked too much, made jokes about his dog and the cost to charge cell phones. Awful.

The Van was not up to the standard and Eddie our guide and driver did not reach on time where it was supposed to pick us up instead we had to walk for 1 hour where we finally met him on another location. Also he did not cover all locations as promised.

Sorry that you have to walk due to closing of the streets because of worries basketball winning parade I asked you if you canceled and refund but you said no the van waited for you patiently and we give you instructions but unfortunately you took the wrong street and that delayed you we cover all San Francisco and crossed Golden Gate Bridge we don’t stop every site cause some area no stopping in San Francisco

I had a lovely experience touring the city with King Tut! It was an early weekday tour, and I had the owner/guide all to myself (other companies would have canceled if only one guest had signed up). He made sure I got the whole experience: touristy hotspots with great photo ops, quiet residential streets to get a different vibe of the city, and locals' favorite restaurants. He knows a lot about the city's history, and we had a lovely conversation throughout the tour. It felt as though my favorite cousin or uncle was showing me around their hometown.
