Don't expect to be picked up close to end of day. We were at stop 15 from 3:45pm to 4:30pm and trolleys couldn't pick us up due to capacity. We had to walk from stop 15 back to the Tour parking lot. We got there and had to use restrooms and a gentleman inside said we are closed. I said we just had to walk because your trolleys couldn't pick us up. He let us in, but did NOT care at all we just has to walk from the riverfront back to the parking area with 5 children. IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS NOT IT. $180 to be stranded at the end of the day and still within their supposed operating hours.

We are very sorry about the wait time, we are extremely busy due to a higher then normal influx of customers.
