We had a great tour! Our tour guide Donny was excellent. The characters/actors that got on board was a nice touch. Definitely recommend staying on the trolley for the entire tour and then go back around to figure out where you want to stop at. Trolley tour is the best way to see Savannah!

All of the drivers were great We loved the actors that got on board and told stories There were plenty of pick up sites

We purchased our tickets online and were very disappointed in that experience. First, the “stay on the trolley experience wasn’t obvious. The website was difficult to navigate. When we arrived at visitor center we we told to stand in the line to buy tickets then told to go elsewhere. It was confusion and the staff didn’t seem to know what to do. We ended up sitting on a trolley for half an hour before our tour actually started. All together it was almost an hour from the time we arrived at the staring point until the tour started. Not acceptable for having bought tickets ahead. The tour itself was fine but not as exceptional as we were expecting.
