Great way to see Savannah. Very informative , guides new their history of the city. Loved the added characters along the route.

We decided to support the local hop on hop off tour bus, but it cost almost two hours out of our day. We waited 35 minutes for a bus, called the office and they sent a bus just for the 15 or so of us waiting at the stop at this point it was almost an hour. Meanwhile 3 busses of the competition drove by. We finally got on an empty trolley, we Picked up a passenger 3 stops later and the passenger asked the bus driver to take him to the stop where we waited so long, the bus driver accommodated him which cost us another 30 minutes. I know I could have walked and saved myself an hour, put I paid a lot of money, there were 4 of us. I got refunded $20 which was nothing compared to what I paid for our group. Basically $5/person for 2 hours out of our day. We were told busses run at the most 20 minutes apart. Not true.

We apologize for any inconvenience you were caused. We try to come by the stops every 20-25 minutes. Sometimes our trolleys do get delayed with traffic issues, etc. We are sorry you had to wait so long.

We had one day in Savannah, the trolley tour was really informative, and we were able to do all the stops we wanted in the day. Usually no more than 10 minutes wait for the next trolley. Savannah is beautiful, so glad we got to see the historic part.
