Excellent trolley, very informative! Jeff was an amazing tour guide. We also did the combo package and got the 21+ ghost and comedy tour, definitely recommend

Joey who met us at the fairy and he was so super nice. He got a shuttle for us and made sure we knew if we got stuck somewhere because we had our 5 year old with us to call him and he would make sure we got to where we needed safe.. now that is the best costumer service I think I have ever experienced in my 43 years of life. The trolly was so fun and the driver was really knowledgeable and safe. We had a great time.

Most of the area covered by the trolley can be walked without it if you don't mind walking. Most of the trolley guides were not very good except for Gertrude. She was wonderful. The "actors" that hopped on the shuttle at different locations were very cheesy and hard to understand most of the time. So overall, you get some decent Savannah history and information. A little useful for getting around Savannah, but not 100% needed.
