Not to good. The guide knew his history being a native of Savannah and was great. We signed up for the character tour and saw one character. I don’t consider this a character tour. Very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear you were only able to see one character. We try to have at least 2 characters per overview tour. You are more likely to see more characters on the on/off as characters change throughout the course of the day.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We were able to see so many landmarks. Please remember this is an open air trolley so dress accordingly and bring water.

First trolley had only a driver that narrated while driving and was difficult to understand. Next trolley was much better with a separate narrater that was more knowledgeable and interesting
