We purchased the land and sea tour, with the hop on/off trolley. We parked near the riverboat, since we planned to leave after our riverboat ride. When attempting to get on the trolley at Riverstreet, the driver was very rude and said that the trolley was for the people that for off the riverboat, and didnāt offer any other guidance. To avoid further confusion, we walked to Liberty Street, where the tour starts. When I talked to the lady at the counter about what happened she said that the Riverstreet stop is closed for construction. Here is the issue with the hop on/off tour, there are no clearly labeled signs for the stops. If you donāt start at the depot, itās very confusing. Our trolley bus guide was excellent and very helpful and even offered to call a shuttle for some other customers so they could start the tour from the start point. This wasnāt offered to us at Riverstreet. Once it was time for the riverboat tour, which I had to call and ask for the departure times, we decided to go into the riverboat tour storefront and ask if our paper copy of our tickets purchased on the internet was good. Nope, we had to exchange it for an actual ticket!

We apologize for any confusion. We do require you to initially start your tour from the beginning. This is where you get your sticker to be able to hop on and off the trolley, and you receive the map that highlights where each stop is located. On our website it states this. We apologize that you didn't receive this information.
