Riding in a trolley was in itself really cool, but our tour guide wasn’t what we expected. It was difficult to hear him, he energy was low, and he just seemed tired and bored. most of the time we were confused on where we actually were…As never called out any of the locations on the map we were issued unless we asked, so that was a bummer. At one point we were at “stop 11” and the next moment were at “stop 8” ?? So it was confusing for sure. However, the staff that greeted us at the main location and the ladies at the main ticket booth center were ALL so pleasant, Incredibly kind, respectful and so helpful. Because of them, We would rebook this tour for sure, but they need a new tour guide.

Tour guide was Gertrude, she was so much fun as well as Natasha the driver. Very informative tour and town was beautiful. Lots of trolleys running so you're able to hop on and off as much as you want. So much to see
