Robert was a wonderful tour guide. He took photos of us, he was very helpful with wheel chair accommodations. Also, the video really helps someone who is in a wheelchair as they can’t always move easily to see the sights as they are pointed out. We also enjoyed the nice old-times postcards and nice waiting area.

The tour was pretty good. The driver also narrated the tour. It was very hard to hear what he was saying. We was seated in the front of bus and most of time his narration was garbled. I know what he was talking about would have been interesting, but instead it was frustrating

Robert, our tour guide/bus driver was extremely courteous. We took the entire route around Pensacola, having all the interesting spots pointed out. We also, by using our wrist band have access to discounts at various business establishments. We picked up the tour at their offices as it wasn't far from our hotel. They don't have many spots though, so keep that in mind. We are going back in town tomorrow to see some of the sites provided on the ticket and see some other sites. Robert did a great job. We even got some free Gelato as part of our tour at Joe Patti's!
