So I booked a private Hopi cultural tour from flagstaff with Great West Tour as the group tour is only available starting from May.
My tour is reserved for 4/2 Monday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. I received a confirmation email on 3/31. I emailed the reservation email they gave me to confirm the name and contact of the tour guide and pickup location. They did not get back to me. So I called multiple times and left voice messages. No response. So I got up by 6 am on the day of the tour, 4/2, called again and waited. Someone finally called me back. She was really really rude, saying they don’t do private tour for one person and they have refunded me. When I asked them why they don’t communicate to me or post on their website that they don’t do private tour for one person? She told me she refunded me already , as if that answers my question. I told her that I shall file a complaint against them due ti their poor communication and potential discrimination against solo travelers. She says go ahead.

Dear Valued Guest: The reservation system had a glitch that allowed your reservation to come thru. You booked a tour with a minimum guest requirement and in a month and on a day that the tour is not offered. Your cc was refunded the very next day and an email to that effect was sent to you. We did communicate but you never responded to the effort which we provided two weeks before the scheduled tour. Your review is not completely accurate nor truthful.
