The tour guide didn't talk at all. They are also overcharging for the experience. The NASA space center exhibit is only $30 per adult if you drive yourself but the tour charges $84.99 just for the transportation. They literally drop you off at 11 am. and leave you there until 4:30p.m Also they only offer 1 city tour at 10 a.m. if you miss the tour you are not refunded. The tour guides are rude and uncomprehensive. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere!!!!

Dear guest, you did not show up on time for the tour ( no show ) because your flight was delayed, as courtesy we tried to accommodate you, and offered the option to do the tour next day at no extra cost, and unfortunately you did not show up again next day for the guided city tour . On the NASA part you did received the round trip transportation, brochure, schedule and orientation and all that is included on your ticket you also got the guided tram tour, Independence plaza, Starship gallery and more exhibits. and transportation to the original tour departure point.

I would have liked to visit Houston Zoo and Museum of Arts area. The bus tour was driving in circles

Dear guest you requested a guided Houston downtown city tour that included, historic district, market square, city hall, Graffiti park, stadiums , landmarks ,art ,culture and architecture. The houston ZOO and museum district is outside this tour area and route, as you where informed when your tour was purchased and you received the city tour route map.
