The Hairston Family enjoyed our Hop-On & Hop-Off City Tour. We learned some great information about Houston. It was hot but well worth it.

One of the biggest rip offs around this was the worst tour I have taken their site said hop on hop off. IT IS NOT HOP ON HOP OFF . THE BUS DID NOT STOP AND JUST ROAD AROUND SEEMED LIKE IN CIRCLES FOR ONE HOUR 20 minutes we passed some buildings seem liked 3-4 times. Showed just buildings a empty building with graffiti paintings . I would not recommend this tour to anyone. When I talked to one of the owners , lady in the store , she told me she knew the website was wrong but did not have control. I told her it was false advertising. She told me sorry but nothing she can do. I told her I would post this review.

Dear guest, You purchased a panoramic 1 hour and 20 minutes Panoramic city tour that covered much more than just a few buildings .We started after the Visitors center went trough the Convention Center district, Discovery green park, profesional stadiums ,Grafitti park - Hitoric district , Annunciation church.Old train station .Congress avenue,to see the 1910 old Harris county Court house, main street, Market square,Chase tower, Thetre district, Buffalo bayou, City Hall,The Sam Houston park at the heritage society , midtown and more. We understand, that you where upset even before the tour started and at the end we explained that hop on hop off is for now available Fridays -Saturdays and Sundays and offered to you at no extra cost but you said that you where traveling next day... All Passengers enjoyed and every body , had a great tour experience. Thank you!

Tour guide was great, informative , friendly. It’s very hot in Houston so plan for the heat! Our driver did his best to provide shade stops which was very much appreciated. Good overview of downtown.
