The bus trip was very informative and the guide extremely pleasant. However, the description when booking is misleading. We booked a Hop on Hop off tour but when we went to check in we were told that we would just sit in the bus for the entire 80 minutes. Trip advisor and Viator should correct the information on their web site.

Driving around the graffiti park about 3 times (too many for my liking). The cloudburst. The quiet streets of Houston.

I was told to go to Vistors Center at least 15 minutes early to show my voucher and get a wristband. I was there an hour early so I can look at the Vistors Center, no one was there, the door was locked and no sign to explain. It was raining so I had to stand outside under the awning. The bus eventually arrived and we boarded the wet bus. Shortly after the driver came up and wiped down the seats but after we were wet from sitting down. This was listed as we could get off at the stops and catch the next bus to continue on. That was not the case, we went from location to location without stopping. Very disappointed with the handling of the tour but did love downtown Houston.

Hello thank you for your message, severe weather conditions are out of our control, never less tour bus was on schedule and on time 15 minutes before your departure and the Visitors center was open. On a panoramic tour, you stay on board and complete the full loop. You purchased a 80 minute panoramic tour not a hop on-hop off tour. Was great serving you, and we appreciate your love for our city .
