They told me on the phone that my pickup point was the downtown aquarium I waited and waited to no avail then when I called them again they told me the location was at the conventional center and it was last minute. They didn’t refund my money instead they told me there’s nothing they could do and even Hung up on me because she said she had to attend to another customer.

They need to ad more stops or more excitement to the tour. Guides are very good. I did it twice in two days. You pay for 2 days.

BEWARE THEY WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS !!!! At 9am We booked a 11:30 tour for the same day. at 9:30 we received a call from Stephanie saying that tour was unavailable (after receiving a confirmation) She offered us the 10 am tour but we were from out of town and couldn’t make it in time. I requested a refund, she told me it’s not their policy to refund, she hung up on me. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, We would not recommend
