We enjoyed an afternoon cruise in late October, 2017. Fall leaves, beautiful estates and the experience of being on the water. Crew was friendly and helpful. Very clean vessel. I highly recommend it!

We took a two week road trip to visit various museums and historical sites in Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and New York. We thought a cruise along the Hudson River would be a relaxing alternative to visiting museums. And it was just that - exactly what we had hoped for! We sat back and relaxed, listened to the interesting narration, and took pictures of the lighthouses. We made reservations about two months in advance for the 2:00 cruise and I'm glad we did because there were many people onboard. We also visited the Hudson Maritime Museum (next door) the day before and toured Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt's home in the morning before our cruise. Riding along the Hudson was a perfect way to spend a beautiful fall day.

The river cruise was a wonderful afternoon outing when visiting the Hudson Valley. I recommend it as a way to enjoy this beautiful part of NY state.
