The boat has a lower enclosed deck, a middle deck which is a shaded but otherwise open are, and an open air upper deck with bench seating.
A fully stocked bar with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and a snack bar with light fare such as hot dogs & fresh popped popcorn is available on the lower main deck at your own expense.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed on board the boat
There is plenty of seating on the boat, both inside and on the upper deck, which consists mainly of bench-style seating; the main lower deck has chairs; seating is on a first-come first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early if you’d like to sit in a particular area of the boat

We enjoyed our time on the beautiful Hudson River. The crew were very nice , helpful and the narration was interesting.

The boat was lovely and staff were very kind. However the sight seeing cruise was a little boring for little ones. We had to move downstairs because people were upset if you walked around and the lower deck smells of gasoline from the motor. I do not want this to sound all negative because it wasn't. Just wasn't the right cruise for children. I had an 8, 10, 12 year old with me.

I have lived in this area for quite a while and had been on several music trips on the "Rip" but never took the site seeing tour. Not only was it a beautiful day that I got to spend with my family, I also learned things about the Hudson River that I never knew. I highly recommend it, not just for when out of town guests come but also if you live right around the corner.
