The boat has a lower enclosed deck, a middle deck which is a shaded but otherwise open are, and an open air upper deck with bench seating.
A fully stocked bar with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and a snack bar with light fare such as hot dogs & fresh popped popcorn is available on the lower main deck at your own expense.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed on board the boat
There is plenty of seating on the boat, both inside and on the upper deck, which consists mainly of bench-style seating; the main lower deck has chairs; seating is on a first-come first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early if you’d like to sit in a particular area of the boat

Desperate to be on water before summer is a over, and knowing I would be in the area for a milestone birthday party the next day, I Googled "Hudson River cruises from Kingston" to find this Sat afternoon cruise. Delighted to hear a low key, easy to hear, well researched and unvarnished narrative of the history, ownership, architectural and decorative attributes of the outsized summer homes of 19th and 20th century industrialists. Thankfully, no muzak. Clean, comfortable craft expertly piloted into and out of its berth. Didn't buy snacks because we had just finished lunch, nor visit rest rooms. Perfect weather helped.

Great trip. Professional crew who takes time to answer questions and talk to the guests. Clean boat! Nice (recorded) narration but also occasional information from the captain regarding current river operations. Very enjoyable, and we’ll worth the price of admission.

I’m a tourist to NY and when I tried to book the website said we will provide the address after your purchase. Well it turn out the cruise was in Kingston NY which was a day and five ours away. I assumed we were close to the cruise line upon making purchase. We ended up not going and I’m $240 lighter. I even called customer service hours before the cruise to try refund they took info down but never called back! Horrible experience and embarrassing
