This activity was a source of confusion all around. The “tour guide” was supposed to activate the ticket to get into the Edge according to the ticket office at the Edge. We went to the described location and was unable to find a tour guide. We asked around and waited but no tour guide appeared. Another employee told us we should be able to enter the Edge with the email we had. Eventually, we had to buy more tickets to visit the Edge, bringing the total amount spent to over $200 for 30 minutes at the Edge. It appears that nothing has been organized between these two organizations. I want my money back from Trip Advisor.

Thank you for your feedback. It is true that we are not connected to the Edge. We conduct walking tours of the Hudson Yards neighborhood. Whatever interactions you had with employees of the Edge has nothing to do with us. My tour team and I, we had an amazing guy told us the history the neighborhood Hudson Yards, through the theirs New Yorker eyes. Absolutely recommend all these activities because really we were learning a little bit more of the NYCs history… These guys, we can tell they that love and respect too their city, as much as we do! Thankful totally with Kaleb Wells, for sharing their knowledge. I hope come back soon! (I hopes so). Kind regards.
