i requested a refund because my tickets weren't given to me & had to purchase a whole new ticket & i was not refunded & still getting charged for it till this day

My most Memorable experience was learning all the history of Hudson Yards and Kelly’s Kitchen. The guide was a gentleman and very helpful and answered all our questions.
