We coordinate to get timed entry tickets for you to enter Vessel and the Edge observatory right after the tour. Typically, you’ll go inside Vessel first at 4 p.m. and then Edge at 5 p.m. However, times may vary slightly due to availability.
Yes, this tour is wheelchair accessible. If you’re traveling with a stroller or wheelchair, the High Line also has elevator access instead of stairs, but we can’t guarantee the elevator will be working. Both upgrades are wheelchair accessible as well. Vessel provides elevators for those who need it and priority access for visitors with disabilities. Edge is accessible with elevators and ramps.

The tour guide was terrible. It wasn’t what we expected the tour to be and certainly not worth the money we spent. Don’t waste your money doing the tour guide. We had a hard time finding the tour guide, there were any available signs indicating who he was. The weather certainly wasn’t meant for an outdoor tour.

Hi Karen, Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry you had difficulty finding the tour. Our website states that the meeting location is in front of the Vessel structure at Hudson Yards. In case of inclement weather, the tour will meet inside the main entrance of the Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards, across from Vessel. This tour is almost completely outdoors so we encourage our guests to dress appropriately for the weather. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
