Hydrojet Dolphin Cruise

Overview

We leave our dock in the Hydrojet and cruise the Destin Harbor and then into the East Pass. We will then pick up speed and head into the Gulf of Mexico. Hydrojet then travels east down the beach always searching for marine life such as: dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, sting rays and manatees, ect. Once we find marine life we stop and let you take pictures and video. During days with choppy water we will do wave jumping.

PLEASE remember to TIP the crew, they work hard before, dearing and after your trip to make it very memorable.

Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever seen. My family and I purchased 13 tickets total and due to inclement weather we rescheduled. The company confirmed via text message that all parties were rescheduled. On May 22nd, we were told that the company needed to cancel due to maintenance issues and we would be issued a refund (again, confirmed via text). We’ve attempted several time to work with them. Then, they said that it’s at their discretion to issue a refund. Now they said they already issued a refund to one party, (which isn’t the case) but they won’t issue one to us. Ultimately, none of us got to go out on the boats and none of got our money back. They are a complete sham!
